Summer kitchen
The barbecue area has a fully equipped summer kitchen with an enclosed oven and a table for up to 14 people. A technical room of around 15 sq m with WC and a wood store complete the space.
The veranda, barbecue area and garden turn the exterior into a natural extension of the home for much of the year.
Landscaping
The garden is shaped by three impressive cypresses, European thuja, a Greek fir and a striking magnolia, all more than 30 years old. Two silver firs are complemented by beds of fragrant flowering roses and beautifully flowering Japanese honeysuckle along the fence.
A solid perimeter wall creates a private, sheltered setting without direct views from the street. On the outside, flowering hibiscus runs along the full length of the fence, creating an additional living green border.
The well-kept lawn offers an easy setting for relaxation, play and summer evenings outdoors.
